Brian Herr, P.E.
Principal Engineer
Brian is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Kansas and Missouri.
He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Wichita State and an Associate's Degree in Electronic Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
Brian's love for engineering began as a child, working on his grandparents' Pecan Farm, farming alongside his father and his grandparents, his grandfather being an Electrical Engineer at a major aircraft OEM.
Brian's engineering career began in the Aerospace industry, spanning parts manufacturing, 3D printing and prototyping, reverse engineering, CNC Programming, Engineering instruction, Engineering Planning, and more.
Brian has taught CATIA V5 and ENOVIA to thousands of college students, production staff, and engineering professionals in the Aerospace Industry.
Beyond Aerospace, Brian has developed technology in industrial food processing, deployable energy solutions, and more.
With over 20 years of experience in engineering, Brian's experiences have spanned a wide range of applications which grants him unique knowledge and lessons from which to advise clients going forward.
Amber Herr
Principal Engineer
Amber holds an Executive MBA from Friends University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State.
Amber was formerly a Quality Engineer at Case-New Holland in Wichita, KS, overseeing the plant's sound test facility, laser scanning of their in production hydraulic fluid testing, facility calibration program, and more.
She won an engineering competition in college for her work on efficiency of the production line of Vornado Fans.
Amber's is an expert on 5S, production line balancing, statistical analysis, and more.
She continues to hone her skills through involvement in local education efforts.
